Listings and commercial separation

Ordinary directory listings are independently selected based on relevance and publicly documented information. Paid enhanced profiles are a separate commercial service and are clearly labelled. Payment never guarantees positive coverage or preferential editorial conclusions.

Invoicing and tax information

Paid business services are agreed individually in writing. A VAT-compliant invoice is issued where applicable. Businesses may request billing and tax details before concluding an agreement.
