1. Operator and service
PFAS Market is a trading name of Dubbink Domains, a Dutch sole proprietorship (KVK 42183315). The paid service is an enhanced company directory profile, with elements as expressly agreed in writing. PFAS Market does not provide environmental engineering or compliance certification.
2. Order and acceptance
An order is agreed only after both parties have confirmed in writing the customer’s legal identity, profile contents, total price and applicable VAT treatment, term, publication date and any deliverables. A submission or request for information is not an order.
3. Founding Company Profile
The current indicative introductory rate is €149 for 12 months, excluding any applicable VAT. The current advertised scope is a dedicated profile page, logo, capabilities and applications, a link to the company website or preferred business contact, category placement and up to two factual content updates during the term. Alternative scope or pricing must be agreed before work begins.
4. Publication and review
PFAS Market sends a draft for factual review where agreed. The customer should identify factual errors promptly. The publication start date and the 12-month term must be confirmed in writing. The operator may make proportionate changes to layout, typography and non-substantive presentation, while keeping the agreed service substantially available.
5. Customer content and rights
The customer confirms that the information, logos, photographs and other materials it supplies may legally be published by PFAS Market for the agreed service, and that the necessary authorisations have been obtained. The customer grants the operator a non-exclusive permission to display and format such materials for the agreed profile term. PFAS Market may reject unsubstantiated, misleading or rights-infringing claims and ask for supporting sources.
6. Independent editorial policy
Paid profiles are labelled Commercial profile or an equivalent clear disclosure. Payment does not purchase positive editorial coverage or guaranteed rankings, enquiries, sales, website traffic or business outcomes. Editorial listings and corrections remain independent.
7. Invoicing and payment
Invoices are issued by Dubbink Domains after the agreed order, with the applicable VAT treatment stated on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the suggested payment deadline is 14 calendar days after the invoice date. No card payment is collected on this site. Publication and payment arrangements will be specified in the accepted offer.
8. Term and renewal
The listing runs for the agreed 12-month term and does not renew automatically. Any renewal requires new written confirmation. On expiry the operator may remove the enhanced placement; an independent factual editorial listing may remain at the operator’s editorial discretion.
9. Changes, concerns and termination
Send change requests or complaints to [email protected]. If an agreed deliverable cannot be provided, the parties will first seek an appropriate correction or alternative; where service is not supplied as agreed, applicable contractual and statutory rights remain available. No term seeks to exclude liability that may not lawfully be excluded.
10. Law and records
Dutch law governs agreements with the operator unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. The agreed offer, written acceptance and invoice together form the transaction record. These terms are for B2B customers and should be reviewed before use in any consumer checkout or automatically renewing subscription.
